Ordering from melt-peak.com means you accept these terms, which form the agreement between you and Summitline Botanicals, LLC, the distributor and trademark holder of Melt Peak Drops.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping and contact details you provide; we ship to what you type.
2. Products and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change for future orders, never for an order already placed. The published packs are 2 bottles at $158, 3 at $207, and 6 at $294. Obvious listing errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled with a full refund.
3. Payment
Payment is collected at checkout through an encrypted third-party processor. We never request payment details by email or phone; treat any such request as fraud and report it to us.
4. Supplement disclaimer
Melt Peak Drops is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified clinician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a condition.
5. Guarantee and refunds
Every order carries the 60-day money-back guarantee described in the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Melt Peak name, wordmark, label, and site content belong to Summitline Botanicals, LLC and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law does not allow us to limit.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, after a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter through [email protected] first.
