Every Melt Peak Drops order ships from our warehouse in Aurora, Colorado. Orders placed by 2 pm Mountain Time on a business day usually leave the same day; later orders leave the next business day. US delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days with tracked carriers.

• 2-bottle pack: standard tracked shipping, calculated at checkout.
• 3-bottle pack: standard tracked shipping, calculated at checkout.
• 6-bottle pack: free US shipping.

A labeling note: since July 2026 orders arrive as Metabo Drops, the renamed Melt Peak formula. If the box or bottle says Metabo Drops, you received exactly the right product.

You receive a tracking number by email once the label prints. If tracking stalls more than 5 business days, write to [email protected] with your order number and we reship or refund; lost packages are our problem to fix, not yours.

Returns and the 60-day guarantee, step by step

1. Email [email protected] within 60 days of purchase, with your order number and the word refund in the subject line.
2. Our team replies with return instructions within 1 business day. Opened and empty bottles qualify; we want you to have actually tried it.
3. Send the bottles to: Melt Peak Returns Center, 19655 E 35th Drive, Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011. Include your order number inside the package.
4. Once the return is logged, your refund of the purchase price goes back to the original payment method, typically visible in 5 to 7 business days.
