This policy explains, in plain terms, what Summitline Botanicals, LLC ("we") does with information on melt-peak.com. The short version: we collect what an order requires, we do not sell personal data, and you can reach us about any of it at [email protected].
What we collect
When you place an order we receive your name, shipping address, email, phone number, and order contents. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor over an encrypted connection; we never see or store full card numbers. When you browse, our server logs record standard technical data such as IP address, pages viewed, and browser type.
How we use it
Order data is used to fulfill shipments, send tracking and receipts, honor the 60-day guarantee, and answer support requests. Technical logs are used for security and to keep the site working. We send marketing email only if you ordered from us or asked to hear from us, and every such email carries an unsubscribe link that works.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of functional cookies and session storage, for example to remember that you dismissed the order bar. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this store.
Who else sees data
Only service providers required to complete your order: the payment processor, the shipping carrier, and our email service. Each receives the minimum needed for its task. We disclose information beyond that only when the law requires it.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows, by writing to [email protected] from the email on your order. We answer within 30 days.
