Refund Policy
Effective: August 2026
We sell Melt Peak Drops on a simple promise: try it properly, and if it does not earn its place, you get the purchase price back. Here is that promise in policy form.
The window
Every order is covered for 60 days from the purchase date shown on your receipt. The window applies per order, to every pack size, with no minimum usage period and no maximum number of opened bottles.
What qualifies
Any reason qualifies. Results that did not meet your expectations, a flavor you did not enjoy, a routine that did not stick: all valid. Opened and empty bottles are eligible, because judging a supplement requires using it.
How to claim
- Email [email protected] within the 60-day window, including your order number.
- Follow the return instructions we send within 1 business day, shipping the bottles to Melt Peak Returns Center, 19655 E 35th Drive, Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011.
- Return postage is paid by the customer; we do not charge restocking fees of any kind.
The refund
Once the return is received and logged, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Banks typically post it within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping charges on the 2-bottle pack, where applicable, are not refundable.
Damaged or lost orders
Bottles damaged in transit are replaced free and never count against your guarantee. Packages lost by the carrier are reshipped or refunded in full, including any shipping paid.
